3. Profile Information
We store the information you choose to make publicly visible on your profile, including your display name, biography text, accent color selections, template preference, social media links, custom URLs, avatar images, banner images, and background audio tracks.
4. Usage Information
We store basic account management timestamps, including the date your account was registered and the timestamp of your most recent login, to assist you in monitoring account activity.
5. IP Addresses and Security Logs
For security, rate limiting, and brute-force mitigation, our application records the client IP address associated with authentication attempts and administrative actions. These logs are maintained strictly for threat prevention and server diagnostics.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a single essential first-party session cookie (myuid_sess) to keep you securely authenticated while managing your dashboard. We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Profile Views and Analytics
To provide profile view counts without tracking individual visitors, visitor IP addresses are passed through a one-way cryptographic SHA-256 hash combined with a daily rotating salt. Raw visitor IP addresses are never permanently stored in view analytics tables.
8. How We Use Information
We use your information solely to: provide, host, and render your public profile page; maintain your authenticated dashboard session; enforce security and rate limits; and respond to administrative inquiries.
9. How We Protect Information
We employ multi-layered defensive security measures, including prepared SQL statements to prevent injection, GD image re-encoding to strip malicious image metadata, strict execution locks on upload folders, and SSL/TLS HTTPS encryption across all platform traffic.
10. Data Retention
Account and profile data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you update your profile or delete a custom link, our database is updated immediately.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
12. Third-Party Services
Your public profile may link to external websites and social platforms. Visiting these external links subjects you to the individual privacy practices and terms of those third-party services.
13. User Rights
You possess the right to access, inspect, rectify, or update your personal account information, biography, and linked assets at any time through your authenticated dashboard settings.
14. Account Deletion
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated profile data by contacting platform administration. Upon deletion, your profile, uploaded media, and custom links are permanently purged.
15. Children's Privacy
myuid.lol does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we promptly delete the account.
16. International Data Transfers
Our servers are operated in compliance with standard data protection principles. By using myuid.lol, you acknowledge that your information will be processed on our hosting infrastructure.
