1. How do I claim my personal profile URL?

Creating your profile is simple and takes less than a minute. Visit our Registration Page, pick your desired username (between 3 and 20 characters), enter your email, and create a password. Your public profile is published instantly at https://myuid.lol/yourusername.

2. How do I switch between the 7 templates?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Templates section in your dashboard. You can preview and switch between Default, Minimal, Glass, Obsidian Dark, Cyber Neon, Clean Slate, and Classic with a single click. Your profile content automatically updates.

3. How do I add custom links and reorder them?

From your dashboard, click on Custom Links. You can add new links with custom titles, URLs, and icons. To change their display order, simply drag and drop the link cards into your preferred sequence; changes save automatically in real-time.

4. How do I add profile music or soundtrack?

In your dashboard, select Profile Music. You can enter an audio track URL or upload your own MP3/OGG file. You can configure track title, artist name, and toggle browser-safe autoplay.

5. How do I report an abusive or malicious profile?

Every public profile has an integrated "Report" action button located at the bottom of the card. Alternatively, you can submit a direct report through our Contact Page selecting "Report Profile Abuse".

6. What should I do if I forget my password?

Visit the Password Reset Page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to securely reset your credentials.
